The year 2020 will forever be remembered as the elopement year. I think it is beautiful though, and a blessing in disguise for many couples. Being surrounded by all of your friends and family is amazing and a big wedding can be super fun. However, they are also stressful, expensive, and half of the time become more focused on all of the things that really do not even matter. I can say from my own experience, if I could go back and have an elopement style wedding, I would.

I think Brahim and Tessa’s wedding was exactly as it was meant to be. They were surrounded by their closest people, in a cozy cabin in the woods, and everyone pitched in to be a part of the day. Then at the end, we all sat and ate amazing food and drank coffee and laughed as the sun set. It was totally centered around them and their love for each other. At the end of the day, this is what matters. This is what is looks like when love overpowers tradition, and I am HERE FOR IT.
